As the Voice of Subrogation, NASP has become an advocate for our industry, maintaining and expanding relationships with other associations, developing alliances with claims-focused groups and serving as a liaison with regulatory and compliance agencies.
NASP has developed a unique bill-tracking model to monitor state and federal legislation. This information enables us to help members better understand the impact a proposed bill could have and even take action, if appropriate.
NASP’s Amicus Committee monitors litigation and provides input at the federal and state level on cases that present issues of importance to the subrogation industry.
